Thank you for your interest in speaking at the Make It Happen Summit. We’re so excited to team up with you to pull off an incredible event!

The Make It Happen Summit is a weeklong virtual event that will help entrepreneurs who have what we call impatient ambition to get farther, faster! We will share tips and tools designed to help the audience get across the starting line, get across the finish line, and get through the messy middle of their next big thing.

On this page, you’ll find resources meant to make speaking as easy as possible and (hopefully) answer any questions you have. If you run into a question we didn’t answer, email us at hello@jennieandmeredyth.com.


How the event will work…

The word summit can mean a lot of things in the online entrepreneur space…so let us make it super-duper clear how ours is gonnna work:

  • The Make It Happen Summit is a free virtual 7-day summit that will run from Monday, September 15th through Sunday, September 21st, 2025.

  • Each day during the summit, we will drop 4-5 prerecorded video/audio presentations from our speakers (plus one from us) that the audience gets to enjoy for 24-48 hours. The speaker presentations will be divided into three themed days: getting across the starting line, getting across the finish line, and navigating the messy middle. They’ll also receive a virtual swag bag with contributions from us and our sponsors.

  • Ticket holders will have the opportunity to upgrade their tickets to an ALL IN Pass for a low-ticket fee. This pass gives them lifetime access to the speakers' presentations and access to a bunch of other perks and bonuses provided by our speakers, sponsors, and us. It also includes invitations to a handful of live Zoom sessions we will host during the summit, like speaker panel discussions, sponsored sessions, and a couple of Jennie + Meredyth-esque experiences. ALL IN Passholders will also get invited to join our client-only Facebook group, Jennie + Meredyth’s Digital Campfire, to further connect with each other.

  • The audience for the summit will be drawn from the combined promotional efforts of us, our speakers, our sponsors, and our affiliates.


What’s in it for YOU

1. Grow your email list

Now to be clear: we are not sharing the attendee list with speakers because that would be just spammy. But you'll have the opportunity to promote a freebie opt-in at the end of your presentation to get particpants on to your email list. This will hopefully result in lots of new, quality subscribers for you, who will then go on to purchase from you either immediately (through a upsell offer) or later.

2. 40% affiliate commissions

You will receive 40% commission for anyone who purchases the ALL IN Pass through your affiliate link.

3. A complimentary ALL IN Pass

We are still sorting out everything that will be included in the all-access pass, but it will certainly include lifetime access to the presentations, a private podcast feed of the event, one (or maybe more) of our courses, and a mini-bundle of highly relevant resources contributed by our speakers and sponsors.

4. A repurposable presentation

The presentation you create for this summit will live in the ALL IN Pass forever, but the brilliance inside is yours. You're free to repurpose your presentation however you wish in your own work.

5. Exposure and visibility

If you’re actively seeking opportunities to grow your audience, expand your reach, and raise your profile, this is a fantastic opportunity for you. Being a speaker at our Make It Happen Summit is going to let you get in front of an audience of impatiently ambitious people who are itching to make things happen…and who knows where that might lead. It will also be a powerful nurture opportunity for your existing audience. But all that said, we cannot possibly predict what tangible sales will come from your involvement.


Full disclosure: Since we’ve not hosted this summit before, we cannot possibly promise (or even ballpark, really) an expected audience size. We’re hoping to have thousands sign up, but it completely depends on our collective promotional efforts. (Next year, we’ll have this year’s results as a benchmark.)

6. OG status in our community

This is the first ever Make It Happen Summit…and we are already committed to hosting this annually for at least the next three years, #nomatterwhat. So as a speaker at the 2024 summit, you’ll forever be recognized as one of our first summit speakers.

What we're looking for...

We're looking for speakers who can share their experiences + expertise to help our audience make things happen. It’s very important to us that we feature a diverse range of speakers in terms of race, nationality, gender, abilities, backgrounds, and perspectives.

We encourage you to get creative with your pitch topic! What might you be able to share to help our audience get across the starting line of something that is really important to them? Or get across the finish line of something they are nervous about sharing with the world? Or get through the messy middle of something that they’ve been working on for some time now?

Your audience/list size truly doesn't matter to us at all, nor if you are a B2B or a B2C business. In fact, we’d love to get speaker applications from non-entrepreneurs as well. We're just interested in you sharing something super valuable that will help people who want to accomplish more of what matters to them actually make it happen.


What we’ll ask of you…

This all sounds cool, but what are the actual requirements for a speaker at the Make It Happen Summit? Let’s break it down…

  • Basics: We’ll need some basic information so we can tell everyone all about you and your genius - bio, headshot, links, etc.

  • Presentation: Your pre-recorded presentation needs to be between 15-20 minutes, including your up to 3-minute pitch of your freebie opt-in offer. The presentation can be slides, your beautiful face, or a mixture. Full presentation instructions will be shared, including prompts and suggested presentation format/flow.

  • Promo requirement: During the main promo period (August 19th - September 6th) you agree to send:

  • At least 1 dedicated/solo email to your full email list promoting the event.

  • At least 2 social media posts where your largest/most engaged audience is promoting the event.

We’ll provide full templated swipe copy and graphics to make this requirement incredibly easy to implement.


Plus the following totally optional, but strongly encouraged, opportunities are available to you…

  • Premium resource: Speakers will be invited to contribute a premium resource (read: not something that's already available for free on your website) that's highly relevant to helping our audience make things happen. This is a bonus opportunity to gain additional email subscribers from ALL IN Passholders who opt to snag your bonus.

  • Panels: You'll also be invited to participate in one of the speaker panel discussions hosted by us for additional visibility to our summit audience.


Before you ask…

We know that there are lots of different kinds of collaborative events out here in the online space with lots of different rules and norms. So we thought we’d proactively make some things crystal clear about how ours will roll…

  • Our summit is not also a launch. (Not that we think anything is wrong with launching on the other side of a summit — it’s just not what we’re doing this time around.) The summit itself is what we are selling, specifically the ALL IN Passes and sponsorship packages. So we won’t be asking you to help us promote anything but the summit and its activities.

  • We will never ask you about your list size or social media reach. We will be choosing our speakers based on the quality of your proposals and what we think will create the strongest mix of presentations to create the best possible experience for our audience. We will not base our selections on how “big” a name you are or on how long we’ve known you personally. The only bits we will “measure” are whether your presentation meets our 15-20 minute length requirement and the amount of affiliate dollars we get to send you from all the ALL IN Pass sales you generate.

  • We will require your help with promotion. Leading up to the summit, we’ll have two weeks of promotion. You’ll be provided with email swipe copy, social media swipe copy, and social media graphics to make it all super-duper easy (and dare we say, fun)! We'll even have a suggested posting/sending schedule for you to make promo easy to outsource to a VA.

  • Participation in the live speaker panels is optional, but encouraged.

  • Yes, you can also apply to be a sponsor if you’re a speaker!

  • Yes, you can apply with more than one topic, but please include them all in one application form.


Affiliate details...

While summits like ours are fabulous opportunities for gaining visibility, growing your list, and making new connections, a little extra cash never hurts either, right?

That’s exactly why we’ve set up an affiliate program where you’ll receive a commission from all sales from traffic you refer to the event. Payouts will be made by October 10th.

The commission structure is as follows:

  • 40% for all speakers

  • 25% for all other affiliates

The pricing structure will be:

  • $75 for 20 minutes after initial registration

  • $125 from August 15th to September 3rd

  • $175 after September 6th

To make it as easy as possible for you to spread the word about our event, we will provide you a vault of resources that includes things like email swipe copy, social media copy, and social share graphics. However, you’re more than welcome to write your own copy and even run your own Facebook ads.


Just remember to use your affiliate link, which we will set up for you.


As with all affiliate promotions, you must disclose that you’re using an affiliate link everywhere you share it with your audience.
