On this page, you’ll find everything you need to know to make your sponsorship as easy and as fun as possible and (hopefully) answer any questions you have. But if you run into a question we didn’t answer, email us at hello@jennieandmeredyth.com and we'll add it here for everyone's benefit.

What we need from you…

We aim to make being one of our summit sponsors as easy (and as fun) as humanly possible! That's our part of this collaboration. Your side of the equation includes the following:

Submission Forms:

  • Sponsorship Submission Form (due Monday, August 17th) — how you'll give us all the the pertinent details we will need from you for our promotional material (e.g. your bio, logo, links, etc) and how you provide the details about your Swag Bag gift for all summit attendees and/or your Momentum Pass contribution. More on these below.

Your Summit Contributions:

  • Swag Bag Contribution: We're putting together something special for our summit attendees — a digital Swag Bag packed with valuable resources from our speakers and sponsors. Every person who registers (even for free) gets access to this collection. Think of it as a curated mini-bundle that extends the summit experience well beyond the live sessions.

    You can contribute something that is usually free or paid from your work to the Swag Bag. We recommend something under $100 in value.

    The Swag Bag is available when registration opens through the end of the summit (August 28th - September 20th).

  • Premium Resource for Momentum Pass: Sponsors are also invited to contribute a Premium Resource that's highly relevant to helping our audience make things happen (read: not something that's already available for free on your website). This is a bonus opportunity to gain additional email subscribers from Momentum Passholders who upgrade their summit ticket to snag your premium resource.

    We recommend your Premium Contribution be something between $100-250 in value to help make it an irresistible offer for the passholders, but we do not require it fit into that price range. Your contributions will be listed at the top (Gold, then Silver, then Bronze) followed by contributions from our speakers and panelists. It's a straightforward way to showcase what you bring to the table while adding real value for attendees.

Sponsorship Strategy Support:

We want you to get the absolute most out of this collaboration. Gold and Silver Sponsors are invited to connect with us via Voxer (@coachjennie and/or @merbrooke) to discuss custom sponsorship strategy starting now.

Affiliate details...

While summits like ours are fabulous opportunities for gaining visibility, growing your list, and making new connections, a little extra cash never hurts either, right?

That’s exactly why we’ve set up an affiliate program where you’ll receive a commission from all sales from traffic you refer to the event. Payouts will be made by November 15th.

The commission structure is as follows:

  • 40% for all speakers

  • 25% for all other affiliates

The pricing structure will be:

  • $47 for up to 20 minutes after initial registration (this is a fast action upsell offer they'll see upon signing up)

  • $77 from August 31st to September 13th (after those 20 minutes expire)

  • $97 after the summit starts

During the main promo period (August 31st-13th) we encourage you to send an email and a social post or two. This is required of speakers, and requested of sponsors.

To make it as easy as possible for you to spread the word about our event, we will provide you a vault of resources that includes things like email swipe copy, social media copy, and social share graphics. However, you’re more than welcome to write your own copy and even run your own Facebook ads.

As with all affiliate promotions, you must disclose that you’re using an affiliate link everywhere you share it with your audience.
